Congratulations on your decision to elope in Colorado! I am an ordained wedding officiant who can legally marry you on the day of your choice, with a religious nondenominational or romantic secular service (so much more personal than a few stale lines in front of a busy judge!). You will get a paper copy of your service to keep with you forever. I am located in S.E. Centennial, about ten miles south and east of Denver. I perform elopements seven days per week (schedule permitting) at one of the beautiful parks near my office (I can recommend some lovely locations for you). My gift to you is a disposable camera. I will take a roll of photos of the two of you on-site. (I cannot guarantee the photos, as this is my gift.) Or, if you prefer, I can suggest some area professional photographers who can meet us on-site. My services for your private, romantic elopement style ceremony are: $100 Monday-Thursday, and $150 Friday through Sunday, paid in cash or money order. You may choose your from the following ceremonies: Civil/Secular (not religious at all), Humanist (spiritual but not religious in a Biblical sense), Nondenominational Christian, Jewish, or Interfaith. Standard ceremonies can be found at www.interfaithofficiants.com/SampleWeddingCeremonies. The fee does not include a consultation or rehearsal, and there is a maximum of 2 witnesses. I will process your paperwork promptly and return it to the county clerk's office following the ceremony. References are available upon request. How to plan your elopement: Your first step is to pick up a marriage license at any County Clerk's office. (The fee for a license at the county clerk's office is only $10).
